California Cannabis Portal – This portal is meant to be your one-stop resource for all things related to the cannabis industry in California. Visit frequently for regular updates on the latest guidelines, regulations and licensing application procedures.
Bureau of Cannabis Control – This agency approves (or denies, renews, or revokes) licenses for retailers, distributors, microbusinesses, testing laboratories and temporary cannabis events.
Manufactured Cannabis Safety Branch – This division of the California Department of Public Health is responsible for regulating all commercial cannabis manufacturing in California, including ensuring safe and sanitary workplaces, wholesome manufacturing practices, proper packaging and labeling and more. CalCannabis Cultivation – This licensing division of the California Department of Food and Agriculture licenses commercial cannabis cultivators.
